Is it odd??

My child loves The Brady Bunch. She is not yet 2 years old. It comes on after Curious George (which she also loves to watch), and I've just noticed over this last week that she sits and watches almost the entire show. The other day she even said, "Ba-by Bunch" while watching. I really don't know what it is that is so fascinating about that show for her, especially since she has such a tiny attention span. Maybe it's the fashion...as you can see from my last post, she is into funky get-ups. I just think it's really funny! You know where to find us weekdays at 5:30!

Little Miss Independent

Abby has always been a pretty independent kid. She likes to feed herself (even if only half of it makes it into her mouth), pick out the coat that she wants to wear, she's even started trying to put her diaper on herself. This last month she insists to get dressed herself, and she has to pick out the clothes. She can only reach into a couple of drawers, so her choices are somewhat limited. She has her favorites, and I don't know how we're going to get her out of her pink fleece pants once the weather really starts to warm up. I'm usually a bit uptight about her matching and looking cute, but I'll admit that I've given up this battle. Some things just aren't worth fighting! Here's a couple of my favorites...

She usually ends up changing her clothes about four times a day, so the outfits are usually short-lived. We look nice and match for church, but that's pretty much it these days!! This kid continues to be a constant source of entertainment!
